Sir, when we create a new table using existing tables by using WHERE clouse, as we know that, if condition is true then all data will be copied into new table with structure and if condition false then only structure copied into new table.
But my problem is that, in the both cases all data are copied into new table with structure either condition is true or Why?

After the truncating the table is there roll back ?

Video clarity is not good. The cameraman didn't focus on where the mentor is writing and what he is talking about. He kept the camera static and so, we are unable to see the queries what the mentor is saying.
