In other words,

Grab all the hair with your left hand, put the tie on top line of ur fingers (all fingers on right hand) then use ur left hand to put it in the middle of your hands. The leave the bobble there but dont let it fall off.
Grab the bobble with your left hand and your hair with your right hand. Twist it so its shaped like an '8' and put you hair in the new hole.
