What I like about Talia is that she lets the owner do the actual tour, and she's just a guest. It's like visiting your friends' house for the first time and they're showing you around. So nice!

Cute apartment that is bright and minimalist (although I am a maximalist). And although entirely unrelated I like how she said they made a conscious decision to not live together. I wish more people realize that although it is unconventional it is often a better option for couples to have separate living spaces.

Im 52 and i absolutely can't wait to downsize . My youngest son is 16 and when he leaves for college this is GOALS. Living with the things you love and adore, without anything else to diztract you from it . Its the simplicity of it all thats beautiful and so appealing to me, after years of overwhelming overconsuming !!!

I can't believe how beautiful she made this small apartment! It is truly elegant and it doesn't feel crowded. I'm not an all-white person, but it makes sense that she used it throughout the apartment for continuity and to make it feel larger. The window is fantastic!

I love how she decorated to relax her mind after all she is involved in. I was able to take a deep breath watching this because she keeps her place calm, peaceful and homey!

This space is soo luxe. Minimalist and very bright and well curated. For me I would’ve added more pops of colour.

Loving all the decor😍 for someone who's so young she's doing so well for herself AMAZING. But any influencers out there PLEASE invest your money don't just rely on your current job because things go up and down and fads change so just invest and think long term. 🖤

love your yellow dress that looks so cool by her target floor lamp!!! her apartment looks larger coz her briliant decor ideas and colors. Lots of white makes the apt spacious. black gives good contrast. pink stands out for feminine vibe. Gold is timeless classic... feels and looks like a mansion!!! well done...not in your face, not over kill for attension but just inviting with grace!! 👍👍💛💛

Very beautifully done. Washer/Dryer in such a small space. Great use of every inch. So tastefully done.

The "choice of colors?" Almost everything is a blinding white!

I love great design on a budget. Your home looks fantastic. You can get colored paper at a craft shop to cover your books so that they are to your liking.🙂🇨🇦

I agree that her choice of white really makes it seem bigger and I love brightness it brings to the space. Beautifully done.

Very, very beautiful! One thing I didn't see was drapes, curtains or blinds. Maybe there are blinds, but I didn't see them. When you live near other people...like across from another building, or Windows face the street, etc., if yo have no blinds or curtains, when you turn on the lights inside, everyone can see right in. It's usually dark when you change to go to bed...and people can be watching you. If you have a lamp or night-light in or near your bedroom, then everyone can see when you're asleep...and...when you're not...
Maybe you do have blinds, but if you don't, my suggestion is that you get some to put up. I had an apartment where my kitchen windows were right across from their bedroom windows. Let's just say...I was afraid to look out of my kitchen windows because of what I saw once. I wasn't trying to see anything, but if I sat at my kitchen table and happened to look up, I couldn't help seeing.... I only sat in the living room from then on!

It just goes to show that it's not the size of the home nor how much money you have that determines how livable a space is. Rather, it's what you do with both the space itself & how wisely you spend your money. Alexis has done a fantastic job of showing off her personal style & making her small apartment her home.

I can relate to how a lack of storage can be frustrating, but it's good that's been able to find some.
