If the “flapper” is broken and it’s letting air in and out, how do you replace just that? Does the whole unit have to be removed and replaced?

Thank you for sharing, my vent stays on all the time and the switch isn’t turning it off. I’m going to make sure the wires are tight before calling a electrician

I installed the nutone work. Power is going to it, i tried the Bluetooth switch within 3 minutes . Led never turned on

Who should you call if your exhuast fan in the powder room on the entry level of the house is leaking in the summer? No rain. It's been a dry summer. The fan spits water when you turn it on. Leaks driplets when off.
