We are back in Toronto and Jon is back working at his home office. Consulting is one of those professions that's really hard to explain to others; people are normally left more confused or bored after an explanation. In this video, Jon shows you what a typical day looks like for him as a healthcare consultant at the office.

Hi, thank you so much, through your video, I learned about the new career path. Do you consult a doctor during the process of opening a medical office?

I am currently 6 years in as a nurse, 2 of those in management. Currently finished an MBA. If I was to start in consulting would I have to start from the bottom? Or would my previous professional years count for something?

I really enjoyed this video as I’m considering working in healthcare consulting as well. I’m finishing bachelor’s in healthcare admin and separating from the military soon. I worked in emergency medicine. I was wondering what your opinion would be on getting into the industry at age 27 and with a family? Would there be a lot of travel involved?

Im a doctor applying to Healthcare associate in McKinsey and currently taking the online assessment, Solve. Do u think the content of the assessment would go towards healthcare assessment like"diseases management" mini game considering the position im applying to?

I wanted to know what a day looked like PROFESSIONALLY for a healthcare consultant. I don't need to nor do I want to see you go into an elevator and make yourself a cup of coffee. I want to know what your job looks like on a typical day, not what an office job looks like. You wasted 1 minute of the video with stuff that was irrelevant. In future, try to keep the video relevant to the actual point of the video. If it would end up as a 3 minute video then that's fine, you would have contributed something valuable. No one cares about the nitty gritty of things like walking to the office or making coffee. If I searched for a day in the life of a "XXXX" then I'm really only interested in the job-related aspects.
