That you for wisdom with that idea. We had a hundred year old oak destroy our fence. My son and I are working on it and the fence is next. We had a different way we were going to do the fence but wasn't sure without digging it out or cut as I'm disabled and wanted to make it a little easier than digging. God bless you for this video. Still helping people to this day. 😁👍

I tried the 2x4 and ratchet strap method. Pulled one right out. Have not been able to repeat the success. Maybe a combination. I will follow up after the weekend. Thanks for posting.

What is the name of the 1st tool you mentioned. I tried to Google it and couldn't find it. I probably spelled it wrong?

I take it this don’t work if you set your post right and fill the hole with concrete first

So what I do is just drill a hole through the post, stick a piece of rebar through the hole and farm jack pull the entire post with the concrete.

Why not just water around the area instead of through the top of the post
