South Africa is facing water restrictions in several cities and rural areas following high demand and a lack of rain in the catchment areas. KwaZulu-Natal and Limpopo have already implemented restrictions as the country endures its worst drought in 23 years, made worse by the El Nino weather pattern. The western Cape government hasn't decided to implement restrictions yet. It's dams are 72% full.
