Been playing since it came out and NOT ONCE have I noticed this W detail

It was most likely not discovered since there were a few reasons.

1. The survivor group kills them before noticing.
2. The clowns were on you before you could get a closer look.
3. It is likely you will not see it anyway since it is a rare idle interaction and even if you did, it would be a hard glimpse amongst the chaos.

I love the small details like these. It goes to show that the zombies in these still retain bits of themselves before they became what they are. It may be a twitch from the brain. But still.

the only way you'd be able to notice this is if you were invisible or playing as infected
