Reggies Jerkey Recipe:
1-2Lbs Meat sliced 1/8' thin
1 Cup Lachoy soy sauce
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1/8 Cup Worcestershire sauce
4 Caps full of Wrights concentrated Hickory Seasoning Liquid Smoke
1/2 T Garlic Powder
1/2 T Onion Poweder
1/2 T Cayenne Pepper
Marinate overnight

Kikkoman and lachoy are both very low quality, try San-J.. stuff is amazing.

Just finished my batch of jerky, I cut a whole backstrap, 1/4” thick, with this recipe, the best venison jerky I have ever had. Let it marinate for 24 hours.

Hell ya best ever! I’ve done it on the smoker, just don’t add the liquid smoke.

Just made some from a recipe that was passed down to me: this is for 3lbs 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup worcestershire, 1 tbsp salt, 1-2 tsp pepper, 1tsp onion powder, 1tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp mustard.

Is there a deer jersey recipe that doesn't use venison? If so, PLEASE share it. I've never had venison than isn't deer meat and I'm curios....and a bit of a smart a$$.
