Im confused as to why no license plate was reported, no descriptions of these 2 men. This makes it hard for the community to help if we have no idea what they look like….

Description needs to be updated. This was a hoax perpetrated by 45 year old Jacob Wayne Tarver of Burnet County, Texas. Apparently he cries wolf to police every 28 years 😅. Did this in Caldwell County in 1996.
