I was thinking of offering a "membership" that is available in 3 tires or levels, that offers a gift at each level. Here's my basic layout: all levels get monthly news letter.
Level 1: $5 a month with lanyard or key chain
Level 2; $10/month with insulated tumbler
Level 3: $20/month with hoodie
That is just off the top of my head. Is this legal though? I've read that nonprofits can't sell things for a profit. We will be remodeling and renovating a large building into our housing for homeless vets. Would I be able do the same level idea, but with bricks or tiles that they can have inscribed? I guess I'm just trying to figure out what is allowed and what isn't. Thank you for all your help so far!
