For the first one could you just put the 25 silver coins on the bottom of the bowls and then cover them in the gold coins.

for the gold coin one, just put all the silver ones at the bottom and all the gold ones at the top

For the coin one, I'd put 25 silver and 25 gold coins in each bowl, but put the silver ones on the bottom and the gold ones on top. That would guarantee picking a gold coin. It doesn't say the bowls' contents will be shaken or mixed around.

For the gold and silver one, I would have just put all the gold in one bowl and all the silver in the other. Gold is heavier than silver so, once blindfolded, I'd just have to take a coin out of the heavier bowl.
