Sister Wives: Kody Admits He LIED to Christine About Custody Laws

On 'Sister Wives,' Kody and Christine Brown begin discussing logistics following their split, including custody of their youngest daughter, Truely. Kody tells Christine, 'You and I have to actually have a child custody agreement in place, or the state takes her, essentially becomes the owner of her.' But when Kody addressed cameras in his confessional-style interview, he admits to fabricating the truth, in order to get Christine to agree to a formal custody agreement.

They were never legally married and if his name is not on the title to the home then he has no rights to the money unless she gives him the money. Did he really think she was stupid enough to buy "the state essentially becomes the owner of Truly"? Like what?!? That made absolutely no sense at all....he sounded really dumb...that was not being creative it was just plain stupidity. He is something else. I hope Janelle and Meri finally wake up n leave him too. I personally am not a fan of "divorce" bc no one wins...but in this case they need to run. He is an extremely emotionally abusive person and they don't deserve that. 😔
