Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer is expected to announce that he plans to retire when the current term ends this summer.

He was nominated by former President Bill Clinton and has served more than 27 years on the high court.

Liberal groups have been calling on Breyer, who is 83 years old, to step down so that President Joe Biden could nominate the next justice while the Democrats still control the Senate.

Former president of the National Bar Association CK Hoffler joins guest host Laverne McGee on “Making the Case” to discuss.

All this and more on “Making the Case.”
