What’s the bravest thing your dog has ever done?

When I brought my dog home from the hospital, I had no idea just how much he'd change my life. I work at a vet clinic, and one day, one of the doctors rushed in with a box he found outside. What was inside? A small puppy, barely hanging on, abandoned to die. Covered in cuts, dirt, and worse, this little guy looked like he had no chance.
We thought it was over. But then, he let out this tiny, high-pitched whimper. You could feel the shock in the room. The doctor was convinced the kindest thing to do was to put him down. Did it end there? No. Just as the needle was about to go in, I stopped him. I begged for a chance to save him—promising I’d do everything myself.
For the next few months, I scrubbed him from head to toe, helped him walk again, and fought every disease he had. And then, something incredible happened. One day, he opened his eyes and wagged his tail for the first time... at me. He was home four months later. But that’s not the wildest part.
You think that's the end? Wait. Last night, two dangerous guys tried to break into my house. He’s not the biggest dog, but guess what? He stopped at NOTHING to protect me and my daughter. Later, when the police caught the men, their arms and legs? Completely covered in bite marks.
