I can't believe this lovely lady walking all over those beautiful wooden floors with those very "pointy" high heels on, I just hope none of the floors were laminated. My wife had a party while I was away and she allowed her friends to walk around our games room, which had laminated floors, now there must be around 50 stiletto dints spread around the floor area. Most decent estate agents that I have used in the past, would always remove their shoes in such a situation, especially when it can cost thousands to have these floors laid.

Like the woodland part at bottom of the garden. Honestly wish new build homes gave bigger gardens and normal 3 beds a bigger size would save all this having to move and pay silly stamp duty. But this is a nice property if you can get this far up the ladder.

Beautiful house and I enjoyed watching it all over again.

I notice one of the common mistakes that most sales staff make is often using “My favourite”, “And I love”.

From a buyer’s point of view, these expressions do not hold any meaning, really. What you like and love about a property can be expressed without bringing in yourself into it.

And the garage was a complete afterthought, blocking half the front.
