renek should use empowered E for the armor pen, the one time he used it he negated nasus 90 armor which is huge.

Nasus is like little brother, until 11 you literally bully him but after 16 he gets bigger than you and you have no chance at 18 towards your little brother. Renekton is universal spirit animal of big brothers.

The thing that most players do not know (except Renekton mains ofc) is the fact that his empowered E extracts 35% armor out of the enemies it hits.
Black cleaver and Rene's E is a total of 59% armor reduction.
So ALWAYS use his empowered E first and then use the empowered W to hit them like a nuke.

Last but not least, avoid empowered Q in single combat if you have the other skills available.

Early to Mid Renekton Wins
Late game Nasus Wins at 500-600 + stacks

Nice fight perfectly timed with the shurima expansion on LOR.

Assuming both players are good and are of equal Nasus i dependent on his team doing well and helping him get through his lane or at least being able to 4v5 after lane while Nasus stacks. Renekton has more agency/freewill in the match. While Nasus is stronger late.... you will be seeing that dog getting deleted by the crocodile over and over.

Nasus never win top early game against Renekton, Renekton freeze Lane easily.

Renekton is pure AD oriented. All you have to build against him is thornmail and ninja tabi + the typical build for your champ and you automatically win. I'd say he falls out late.
