2:02 "Unfortunately yes" ? Some of the best pilots and people in the aviation community are women. But it is predominantly men because its the type of community that men are more drawn to. The mechanical fascination and risk of flying is the type of thing most men enjoy. Yes there a plenty of women as well who enjoy such things, but the majority are men.

Its like nursing, women are naturally born to be nurturing. But you don't see people saying its awful that the career is female dominated. The average man and women are different, companies in the aviation community are now forced to hire a certain amount of women when its just a fact there will always be more men in this specific field.
