I'm constantly utilizing gum in my bash scripts, i honestly just make cute lil command line scripts just to get myself out of a creative block or to give me a fun little warm-up to my other tasks for the day.

I like of video explain every tool of Charm to improve the experience on our CLI apps, personally I need to charmize some CLI apps that I'm using.

The only thing that I miss in the video was to add together with the logo the name of tools, but I understand because I already saw you talking about them!!

Great video Bashh!!

This all looks very interesting and useful, but would be nice if you displayed the actual project names on the screen, as I still have no idea what she is saying at 1:35.

I am v interested in using Charm - do you have an idiots guide - on how to make a simple nice looking menu systems where a set of say 5 options is displayed and then either the cursor or number keys can be used to select an option and then a new page is displayed related to that option... and if you wanted to go crazy, you could then show how a program could be run in the background but still within the menu system... I have had a quick look at the documentation but as i am quite thick, I could not find if/how this can be done, so a video guide on this would be handy... of a more detailed overview video explaining the process of doing something like this.... (disclaimer: I haven't searched long and hard for this info, so forgive me if this already exists somewhere - I was a little overwhelmed by the website and didn't see how all the components can be stitched together to actually make things - although I do think Charm has a lot of potential for making nice CLI tools)

Hello
Do you recommend any good book for go cli development?

My first Golang project was a postman/insomnia clone but completely based on CLI. 😅

My friends called me crazy, but I used no libs to create the menus and forms 😂

It was so fun, I love how easy it is to build CLI apps in golang
