Say what you want about Obama as a president but when it comes to speech making and campaigning no one does it better. The amount of positivity and hope he instilled during his first election campaign was memorable despite the fact it was mostly just bluster and empty promises. So kamala Harris should certainly benefit from his support especially his speeches
