DPW: broken water main sends red-colored water into harbor in Canton

A broken water main is contributing to a plume of clay-colored water in the harbor area around the Canton Waterfront Park, the Baltimore City Department of Public Works said. Early Monday afternoon, DPW identified a 6-inch water main break at 932 S. Robinson St.
