Vintage bus in Malta

These vintage busses used to be the everyday public transport on the island of Malta until around 2014 or so. They were replaced by modern busses and the older fleet was retired. Some of them still survive and this one ferries passengers up and down the seafront in Sliema.
More recently, Johnny Vegas bought one of these old busses in an on line auction not knowing when he bid on it that it was located in Malta ! To his credit, he flew over to oversee the transport of the bus to England where he converted it into a luxury camper.
