Actuallu UAE has been v expensive to settle into UAE as compared to like a few years ago, ever since the country got famous for its massive tourism and everything people dont want to be a tourist but perhaps a resident, cause 1.UAE has become such a entrepreneurial hotspot 2.UAE has rapidly focused on providing best tourism experience 3.There used to be no taxes but as of 2018 they implemented vat but i mean its a v low percent 4.UAE emphasises ALOT on like healthcare and education .like past few years if u observe the healthcare sector it is is rapidly catching speed and hence increasing the overall quality of life. 5.Also as of now the country atleast Dubai and Abu Dhabi being the main spot for tourism has become very mobile, like for example Dubai has plenty of metro lines, there are interstate busses etc etc
so these r my few observations as a resident of Dubai for the past 15 Years
