I’m so glad you have warnings on these. If you have a mental health issue, if you suffer from Depersonalisation or Disassociation, please don’t do these. It’s fascinating and fun to listen to but if you have any illness that messes with your perception of reality, PLEASE don’t do these. Because they could easily prove to be triggers and no one needs their illness to be provoked into getting worse.
