Beautiful video! I'm glad you had a good experience overall. I'm a local. I work with expats in Costa Rica and also vacationers on a local project called TICO BE LIKE. I can tell you that you're right, there is so much diversity here that choosing the right place to visit/live is so important. Advertising vs reality! We're all different and while some people might find a place too touristy or hot, for others it's just the perfect spot. The key is to find the right place that suits our personal needs/preferences.

As a Costa Rican citizen this vedeo make me feel proud but at the same time very concern about the reality of conservation programs in my country. Your travel documentary is just amazing, but also so honest and very valuable for all those who want their childrem an grandson to have the chance to enjoy all the treatures in nature we still have in our small country.
