Wow, that's one of the best explanations of the limits of physics/science I ever heard 👏

It is the testing that has resulted in the success of science. You are living behind the key reason why science has been so successful. But the evolutionary theory is not strictly built on the method that has made science so successful, ' the scientific method ' or the testing or observations. Rather it is philosophy that has built the evolutionary theory. A number of scholars call it a fact. I wonder why?

I agree with Dr. Ellis upto "the correlates of consciousness". Blood flow, neuronal activity, etc and consciousness are not correlated because they are not two different things. The only way to get "correlates of consciousness" is to first separate reality into to two parts, that is to commit a dualism. At best that needlessly complicates explanation, description and testability but it very likely just defeats them outright.

Some things are unknowable, therefore anyone can make up anything about those things.

I wonder if Ellis ever considered flat earth?
