The little destroying montage at the end proves that Choopo doesn’t own a sledge hammer which is very reassuring knowing how much of a threat to society he is.

1) I think Cavity Sam's real problem isn't that he has all these objects inside him, it's that he has all these cavities in his body that _let_ that stuff get in there. The reason you don't have to pull back the skin is because Cavity Sam is full of these abnormal cavities and it's really disturbing.

2) It was nice to see you made a speedy recovery and were able to be taken off of all that medical equipment early on in the video.

I would like to add Operation Rescue Kit.
I owned the game as a kid and it adds a new mechanic to the game where you have to pump oxygen if Sam's heart rate gets too fast. There were other stuff too but the biggest reason I wanted it was for it's portability; it could fold up to look like an actual first aid kit, however the implications that Sam is still in it is horrifying.

Ah Operation, I don’t think I ever played that myself growing up but I do remember owning a game like that (I don’t think it was licensed by Hasbro but it was the same premise) as a kid. It was called Alien autopsy and the same mechanics applied, removing pieces from a dead alien and having to be careful to not hit the edges. Except instead of the buzzer nose going off the alien would scream so I guess it wasn’t actually dead like the name implied.

It was terrifying enough for a four year old, but our copy was a bit broken and if it was on it would sometimes scream on its own.

The homer one is the definitive best one because he has voice lines and screams in pain when he gets zapped.

Also the art was good. and it had a little draw under the board to keep the pieces in.
