I only weigh every meal i make so I roughly know how many calories in total I eat and I try to keep it at 300 calories in the morning and around 600-750 at lunch and dinner plus 2 apples per day total 500g

this is obsession not a healthy lifestyle. by the way after x years he should be able to know the calories he eats without using app

Why be so obsessed with that, I just eat clean and just eat in moderation. Tracking all these calories is just extra work
