How To Turn ON Read Receipts For Text Messages On iPhone

Learn how to enable read receipts for text messages on iPhone.

Read receipts can be a useful feature that lets you know when your text messages have been read by the recipients. Enabling read receipts can provide you with valuable information, especially in situations where you're waiting for a response or need confirmation that your message has been seen.

To Turn On Read Receipts On iPhone;
Go to "Settings"
Scroll down and tap on "Messages"
Find the "Send Read Receipts" option
To turn read receipts, tap on the toggle icon next to it.

Please note that read receipts will only work if both parties have them enabled. If the recipient of your message has disabled read receipts on their device, you won't be notified when they read your messages.

This allows other people to see that you have received and read their messages. It does not enable you to see the other person unless they have it tuned on also. If they do not, you will not be able to see if they read your message to them
