Just a followup question... After installing the driver described in this video, I noticed there was an "extra" software installed altogether: Canon Inkjet Printer/Scanner/Fax Extended Survey Program...is this essential to keep or is it okay to uninstall it??

❤❤❤ BEST video tutorial/demo about the LiDE 300 scanner here in YouTube!! I noticed, however, that tgere are TWO (2) softwares appearing in the Canon page. To break the confusion, please comment if either ONE or BOTH of the softwares should be installed. (Note: The other software is about twice bigger in MB capacity than the other.)

My scanner saves to OneDrive no matter what I change in settings. HELP!

Thanks for the walk through, nice job, one thing though, once a photo, etc has been scanned, then open file to view, i can't see any save as / export buttons in this application, seems to be stuck in this environment, also disc icon [top] is greyed out.. any ideas.. or maybe i'm missing something? Ta
