When I lived in Japan I would go to Costco just to get a pizza, it was the only decent, reasonably priced pizza to be found there lol. No corn and mayo. Pizza Hut is way too expensive there. I’d buy a whole pie, bring it home on the subway (not an easy feat), wrap up the slices and put them in the freezer for later, when I had a pizza craving. 😂

Bulgogi wrap would definitely work in the states, especially since it’s essentially a beef wrap. You didn’t try the burger, they don’t have that in my nearby Costco locations anymore.

Just got a job at Costco and found out Japan is the country with the fourth most amount of Costcos in the world. Gonna climb that company ladder and finally achieve my dream of living in Japan. At least for a few years :].

I had friends in college who would fill up the drink cup with the diced onions and take it home so they wouldn't have to chop it themselves for cooking. Haven't seen an onion machine since then.

It is most definitely a regional thing - in new england, especially Maine and Massachusetts, it is super common
