Skyney (Skylanders parodying Disney) - Day 23. The Rescuers

Originally, I was suppose to do a lot more with Rescuers. In fact, I was going to slip in a turkey because it was also Thanksgiving. But then I got ill and it took up a good chunk of my energy, so I could only work with this.

Based on a bit of controversy that happened with the original Rescuers movie where there was a particular scene which later had to be edited after the early VHSs revealed something naughty.

Originally, it was suppose to have Free Ranger who is playing as Orville go past the window, but then stop, defying laws of gravity and flight, and go back to the window, only for Mini Jini as Bianca to block the view and Pet Vac as Bernard to be disappointed. But then I thought it would be out of character for Free Ranger to do this, so I decided he just ignored it entirely.

And that concludes all 4 Disney films from the worst decade of animation (I’m not talking about the movies). Next stop, my absolute favorite of all of the canon films! Lets Go!

Fun Fact: Did you know that Cruella De Vil from One Hundred and One Dalmatians was originally going to be the main antagonist of this movie before getting replaced by an original character, Madame Medusa? Ironically, The Fantasia segment, The titular character of The Sorcerer's Apprentice was going to be Dopey from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves before being replaced by the studios' mascot, Mickey Mouse.
