Unlike four year degree programs where there are a lot of subjects which are theory based, this program is focused on developing the practical skills of students thus a minimal portion of theories are taught. Aside from hands-on and practicum exercises, there are no other course requirements such as research papers or major projects. There are some schools who have on the job trainings (OJT).
