The bit at 1:39 when Riley asks Spike "Don't I know you?" and Spike replies "No. No Sir, I'm just an ol' pal of Xanders here."
His American accent sounds so bad. And yes, I know he's actually American in real life, but it's so funny how he managed to sound like an English guy doing a bad American accent.

Best scene ever is when he sees Buffy for the first time at the bottom of the stairs after she digs her way out of the coffin and he realizes it’s really her and not the Buffy Bot. Saw it real time back in the day and still cry now. Love him for her.
