Whenever I feel like I have no energy, I just tell them that hey I gotta go now I'm not feeling so well . Talk to you later and then I always text back so it never becomes a problem .

Why I say that:
Sometimes it’s actually true, my phone battery sometimes goes down a little bit while I’m on a call, it also doesn’t always charge if I’m holding it a certain way that I’m comfortable with
Sometimes I have a headache, and I don’t know why, but sometimes I don’t like to tell people.
Sometimes, I say that if im going somewhere, because there is lots of times I have to go somewhere, and I don’t want it to sound like an excuse
And other times, im just tired or bored. I don’t like saying im bored, because I don’t want to hurt my friends feelings. And when im tired I don’t want them to think im tired of them.

So basically she was on call with her friend/best friend, so she was low battery so she decided to charge so she can talk with him, but he was on low battery so he told her that “Hey I gotta go my phone is about to die”. If he was a real friend, he would be more than glad to charge while calling, but he might not enjoy speaking to her throughout the experience so he decided not to charge and end the call as soon as possible. Not everyone can be on call for long. People have lives and they want alone time. If someone eventually needs / wants to go, that’s because they need to recharge their social battery. Whoever feels like this after someone goes, y’all need to stop taking it personally.
