In an alterenate universe. Ishin defeated the hollow and he never married a quincy. He remained the capt of Squad 10. He married another woman from soul society. The Shiba Clan remained powerful with Ishin as the head. Kaien, Kokaku, and Ganju would live a comfortable life as members of Shiba clan. Ishin will still have his 3 children (Karen, Yuzu, and Ichigo) but the Ichigo in this timeline doesnt have quincy or tainted with hollow blood upon birth. Kaien will be the older bother that Ichigo look up to. Ganju will be like a childhood friend-cousin of ichigo. and Kokaku is the scarry oneesan that beat the shit out of Ichi and Ganju whenever they get into trouble.
Ichigo will be a shingami and become batchmates of Rukia, Renji and others. Sadly, Kaien will die like in the story and this will have a huge impact on Ichigo because he just lost an elder brother and a role model. This will inspire him to even get stronger.
Rukia will get arrested by the soul society and is sentenced to death as part of Aizen's plan. But Ichigo sensing something isnt right will rebel together with his other batchmates like Renji to save Rukia. And here we get the 1st arc of the manga.🤣
