Price to Earning< industry PE
Debt to equity <1.5
Return over 10years >15%

Points to remember:
I think the ROCE and Sales growth can be lowered a little bit. Otherwise You may end up with stocks that have exploded due to recent margin expansions(2020 money printing effect on the economy, hence looking for 10 years of consistency)
Price to earnings < Industry PE may remove a lot of stocks, hence its better to avoid it. buy the stock at proper margin of safety.
Some good companies have low promoter holding. you can remove that and filter another set of good stocks.
