I have been living on my sister property for over 20 years as a hardship and she wanted me to live in her house so I could be there to try to help her. But in January 11 of this year I fell in my sister's kitchen and did alot of damage to myself and my sister passed away April 3 of this year. My niece is DPOA and trying to kick me out and I don't have any where to go. All I needed was a stimulator and lower back surgery but when I fell in my sister's kitchen I broke alot of bones and I broke my ankle and tib-fib and spiral fracture and sciatica nerve and left thumb and all the way up to my neck. So if I make it through all of the surgeries I will be stuck in a wheelchair for the rest of my life. Can you please help me

i was evicted but never saw a sheriff in fact was never served by anyone. I received papers left in my mailbox which is filled by landlord/ex-father-in-law he distributes the mail. And after I beat that one a few months later i came downstairs after a shower to take my dog outside & saw some papers on the 3rd step from the bottom grabbed them saw that they were starting the eviction again when my ex-husband came home 6 days later i said I can't believe t your parents had you put an eviction notice on the stairs before you left hes flipped out saying no way i wouldn't do that i chased a guy out of the backyard as i was leaving but didn't know what he was doing. I said that means he opened my front door stepped inside left papers on the stairs. So by then it was too late to respond. Still never saw a law enforcement officer or process server.& 2 months later asked to move back in now 2 months after i moved back in i eas threatened with an existing restraining order ive never seen & was told i'd be arrested for trespassing is this truljññ

Now my appartnent has some people move in to stay free, for More than two months, landlord did something to remove them out from apartment but it had been in success. I m as tenant who live in this apartment get more problem from this case like trash, parking car which someone destroy to wheel by flatting wheel. Park their car block the drive way of apartment. There have any way to take care this issue.

I have recently hand written a letter to the property management staff of my intention to move out when my lease is up on February 29th, 2024.
Now they say I must give them 6 months of my bank statements and 3 months of my pay stubs or else they will begin the eviction process.
Is this legal if I have no intention of remaining after the last day of my lease?

Our landlord hasn’t picked up rent we’ve tried contacting them without any luck . We live in San Francisco. My wife and I are worried wondering whats going on it’s stressful.
