I admire that restaurant owners hustle. He's not afraid of new media and totally embraced the Jolly crew. He knew if he made the experience special it would reflect in the video. This is amazing advertising for his restaurant and he totally deserves it!

I’ve lived in Austin for 30 years and watched Jolly for 5. I am incredibly happy to see my favorite Tex Mex joint featured. Joel’s been kicking around Austin kitchens and restaurants for years. His team at El Dorado deserve ALL the goodwill and recognition. Deceptively simply food with layers and layers of amazing flavor and great staff who will make you feel like a regular customer the minute you walk in.
