Love these containers. High quality appearance looks great on the coffee bar or counter. Functionality is top notch - creates a nice air tight seal and I like the fact that you can manually degass by simply flipping the handle up for a few seconds then folding back down.

Super dumb question, but if the inner lid goes down halfway, how do you know when to stop pouring in the beans? Or is it just going down halfway in this video because the canisters are empty?

Gail! I’ve been watching a lot of coffee videos lately and have appreciated your channel! I have a Moccamaster, Virtuoso and now need storage. Looking at coffee gator, airscape and bean envy so far. Just learned of these ceramic ones. Looks cool. Wondering if the bamboo lid is more of a hassle or does it really help? I like the simple metal latch of the coffee gator as it’s simple and nothing to fail. Any advice on choosing?! Most of the review videos I see on YouTube are many years old. Thanks and happy brewing!
