Improve Email: Remember this ONE THING

Email is the standard communications tool today but even I sometimes have a love/hate relationship with it! Regardless of how long you’ve been using email, chances are you were never given a manual that explains the ins and outs of using it.

Elementary-age children are being asked to use email in their schools, sports leagues, etc. But guess what? They’re not receiving any formal education on how to manage email either.

So, what’s the most important thing you need to know in order to improve your email situation? Watch this video in which I explain the most important element in both reading and writing emails.
