3:10 This is actually a remarkably wonderful way to show larger riders how the bike can still work for them. By virtue of the life of a bike reviewer, most are rather fit. So when a 250lb man (me) watches those reviews, it does little to tell me how the bike will perform. Whether this was your motivation or not, thank you.

So I walk out the door after watching this, here in Bristol, and someone only goes sailing by me on the bike!

Just got my bike over the weekend and I haven't been this addicted to a product since my first skateboard. This thing is FUN and this video review sealed the deal in my confirming the purchase. Thanks!

Done 500 miles in 4 months on my rad. Regularly go on canal paths and through Epping forest this winter. Such a fun ride. In the settings you can increase speed to 20mph.
25miles range max power or 35/40 in eco. Bit slow up hills but it’s heavy. Sometimes I get error code but a prod on the connectors usually sorts it out.
Still rideable when battery goes but it’s tough especially after doing 40miles. I love my rad. Only one puncture. But now I go everywhere with slime, spare Amazon inner tubes, levers, 15mm wrench and a pump. Funnily enough I fixed the puncture with a slime patch at Halfords and it’s been running fine for the last 350 miles. They (Halfords) thought I may not be able to get home with the patch. 10/10 bike.

To show how impressive this bike is to ride, I have a little story. My wife and I have talked about getting ebikes for several years, but she is kind of thrifty(she throws nickels around like they are manhole covers), and we never pulled the trigger on buying them. On labor day, friends came by on their bikes(our back yard abuts a gorgeous 20+ mile paved bike trail in northern Indiana) and one of them had a new Radrunner plus. They insisted that we try it out, so we both rode it up the trail a ways and back. I was amazed, but my wife was totally blown away. After they left, she had me immediately order two!

I've had my RadRunnerPLUS for about 8 months and I've gotten rid of my other bikes. This thing is a go anywhere-do pretty much anything bike. I do trail riding, road riding, urban touring...I mean, this is one capable eBike. I've climbed hills, ran through flooded trails, lots of off road riding in dirt, sand, mud, gravel...it's really like a small motorcycle more so than a bicycle. I can't recommend it enough. It's not cheap...but it's also built like a tank and I've had ZERO issues with mine. Super easy to adjust and maintain. GET ONE ALREADY!!!!

I own one, and let me tell you this, you can go up some SERIOUS hills with large gradients on level 5 assist and in 1st gear and not even break a sweat. Easy peazy. However, as the battery begins to wain (two bars left) the bigger grade ones you will have to get off and put it in walk mode. For reference I weigh 155 pounds. After riding a ton of hills in my area it seems the battery never dies. I have only two complaints, it doesn't always find gears 1, 2 and 3 with authority and the seats are like sitting on a rock. Thanks for the review Micah!

I recently purchased this bike. I really like it except for the seat. The seat is fixed with no adjustment to move it forward or backward only up or down. Thus, I am changing the seat post and seat. I'm a short person 5'5" tall. Because there is no adjustment on this fixed seat-, the seat is welded to the Seatpost, it doesn't lean like a regular bike so you have to be very careful turning. Another option is to take the seat out and use the back pad as your seat. This is the problem with not being able to ride a bike before purchase. If you're fortunate to have one of the few shops that carry this bike then realize this can be a problem for those who like to lean into their turns on a bike.

I love this bike and have put about 500 miles on it so far. Stock seat is terrible but for $150 you can swap it out with a good suspension post and saddle. A huge benefit to the suntour post is that you sit a few inches further back making pedaling a lot more comfortable. I still keep the stock seat for my wife since she’s shorter and lowers it flush with the bench.

Highly recommend this bike!

Just learned of this company over the weekend and I really appreciated your review. It seemed like you took their technical specs and made it into an informative and enjoyable video. Nice touch adding your nephews and asking the for what could be better and later addressing it by saying the lower center of gravity provides better stability. I had my mind set on a Trek and now I'm convinced that the RadPower Plus is the e-bike for me. Thanks so much for creating this review. Well done!

I've taken my RadRunner Plus on some snowmobile trails in Colorado with aired down tires and it did great!

Thanks Micah, we ordered a radrunner plus a week ago as our first ebike off the back of your radrunner review. It's nice to hear that you think this is the best do it all ebike 😁

Great video, I’m sold on this model. Three questions: does your knees/feet hit the mid trunk and can a second battery be purchased at what cost?

Just bought this for my dad. Flying back Friday to the Midwest to try it out and show him how to use it.

How cool to have Micah as an uncle to take you on e-bike rides, as he tries out different models! 🤙

This was my first e-bike and I love it! Best investment ever. I've gotten 44 miles on a single charge. I have purchased a second battery from eBay and with the Bolton battery adapter ($15) I can go anywhere. I can take my 7 year old or my teenagers on it without any issues. Had to upgrade the controller for hill climbing, but that only cost a little over $200. Highly recommended!

Can that bench seat be traded for a basket or some form of saddle bag.

Wow!! This bike has 99% of the features I want, plus it looks super comfortable to ride....thanks for helping me decide. As a teen, Roadrunners were my fave car.
