Im 30, i used the longer cups for the very first time in my life a few years ago AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK. It is more affordable, feels less invasive, is more comfortable to wear, and its easy to clean.

The bad part of cups, in my opinion, is you do have to clean them as they arent disposable, and sometimes they can create a suction around your cervix which can cause a little discomfort upon removal. But thats literally jt
