So happy I found your channel! I've been working on making map tables for a few years and have watched tons of epoxy videos. I learned more in a few of your videos than all the others combined.

Just did the final coat on a table, using some of the tips from you. Best result yet! Wish i could post pics

If anyone was on the edge about doing their own countertops, this should help push them over!

Great video. I just wished you would have addressed the title of the video a bit more. Nothing really about how to get smooth edges was said.

What if you want to do just the edges only of a countertop. The top is already epoxied. You just want to do the edges because you screwed up.

Thank you this was helpful, whenever I pour my resin over the surface it never flows off the sides even. Will it grab better if I sand sides before hand like I lightly sanded the top surface?

Any recommendations for leaving edges "uncoated"? I'd like to do a plywood countertop in my laundry room but leave the edges exposed. Currently, my plan of action is to add a couple layers of 100% black epoxy (like the one used in video) to the top of the plywood (leaving the edges bare), next I'd like to add a chamfered edge to all sides that will be seen. For the last step do a seal coat (with epoxy) on the newly chamfered edge and sanded plywood counter face (was hoping this additional seal coat would restore the shine of the epoxy that was lost when cutting the chamfered edge aswell as seal and protect the plywood). Please let me know if you see any issue with this approach. Thanks in advance

I wish I would’ve seen your vids before I did my countertops. Is there anyway to fix the edges only? The epoxy didn’t flow over the edges evenly and I have obvious drips...hellllpppp!
