Advisers of all sides to come to a consensus. A wise leader has advisers but he does not need yes men, period. Also if you get advisers from the other side, caution, DO NOT, get loyalist to the former loser who would try too jeopardize Bidens presidency. Many times in the last few years I've lamented Dr. Brzezinski's absence in a world that could so sorely use his wisdom and I still wish I could hear his thoughts on today. But I think everyday of the last month would have made him proud.

Bringing in Robert Gates would be a hard sell for Biden. In a book he published several years ago, Gates criticized Biden for being wrong on every major foreign policy topic since he entered politics as a Senator.
