Jasmine came up against many stereotypes in the medical community. She wanted to experience a homebirth and water birth as any size woman would, but many people said it was not possible and would be dangerous.

So she seeked out my help for this experience. With guidance, education, and care she was able to accomplish her dream birth.

My husband was holding my hand when I delivered our daughter. As soon as she was born he dropped to his knees in tears thanking God and saying how beautiful she was and telling God he would be a good father. 27 years later they are so close and spend time together to this day. From daddy daughter dates when she was little to teach her that when she goes out a man should open doors and pull out chairs to him being there for her through any hard time. God helped him be the father he promised to be. He told me the day he found out I was pregnant it changed him. And I saw him live that change she made in him.
