Joe Biden reacts to rematch with Donald Trump: ‘Would not be disappointed’

President Joe Biden says he would not be “disappointed” if he has a 2024 showdown with his predecessor Donald Trump.

Mr Biden’s comments come amid his visit to the Middle East, during a wide-ranging interview with Israel’s Channel 12, indicating the president is leaning into recent polling.

Mr Biden went on to say he was not looking forward to the prospect of such a rematch.

“There’s no way to predict what’s going to happen,” he said.

“I’m not even halfway through my term yet, so there’s a lot of room to figure out what’s going to happen.”

This has been the longest and most brutal administration I’ve ever experienced and I’ve lived through carter. 37% of my retirement has evaporated. 27% in stock losses and another 10% in inflation. It was not this bad in the 80’s. Course I was broke then so I lost a lot less money since I had none anyway
