I made beer can chicken and it was awesome, then I made beer can turkey. I used a can of Fosters but I didn't pour out any of the beer, I drank a bit cuz pouring out some is alcohol abuse. I just winged it, LoL after that. Turned out totally awesome.

I recommend you rest the turkey wrapped in that aluminum pan for 2 hours before you carve it.
