I had goosebumps watching this. So let me get this right, fishing on the breakwater IS allowed now? Last time I tried to drive up there for a look there was gates and security and all kinds of excessive nonsense. I grew up over there, could see the breakwater from my bedroom window. Spent the best years of my life fishing that place with some good friends. Thank you for the video, I am gobsmacked! guess where I'm going next spring tides 😁😁
