This 45-Minute live workout features joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching. In today's class we focus on the spine and shoulders during our joint mobilization work and strengthen the foot/ankle complex, hips, and legs. You'll need your Stick Mobility Bundle (2 6ft or 7ft sticks and 1 short 4ft or 5ft stick), a towel, and access to a side wall for this workout.
